Explore Calleva’s website, calleva.org, to discover the multitude of programs offered. Then consider your child’s interests, age, and desired experience level. Take note of program locations & durations, age requirements, and any prerequisites.

2. Mark Registration Dates

Stay ahead by updating your calendar. Current dates appear on the Camp Page.

Calleva’s programs are highly sought after, so being prepared to register promptly is key. Therefore, set reminders to ensure you don’t miss the enrollment window.

3. Gather Essential Information

Before registration opens, gather necessary details. For example, your family’s basic information, including emergency contacts, birthdates for each child, and any specific permissions or waivers required for the program. Having these details on hand streamlines the registration process.

NOTE: while medical information is not required to complete your registration, please make sure to check our health policies before you register. Detailed health info is due in May. You can find more information about our health policies on the Parent Resources page.

4. Visit Your Calleva Account

For returning camp families, the first step of registration is to visit CampInTouch and review your account. This is your main portal for communicating with the Calleva Camp team, so please be sure your contact info is correct, including parent emails, phone, family address, emergency contact info, and your child(ren)’s age. Health & Medicine info can be added after registration. New families will be able to create an account on January 12, 2026 at 5pm EST.

5. Review Policies and Procedures

Familiarize yourself with Calleva’s policies and procedures, including refund policies, camp rules, and safety guidelines. You can find this on our Camp FAQ page. This knowledge ensures a smooth experience for both you and your child.

Navigating Calleva Camp Registration

1. Early Bird Gets the Worm

Be ready with your family’s prioritized wish list before registration opens. Often early enrollment offers preferred program choices and better session availability. Returning families get access first, and many programs fill quickly. If you can’t get your child in to their first choice of programs, register for their second or third choice! If this is your first year with Calleva, take heart! It will be easier next year when you’re a returning family.

2. Stay Calm and Be Persistent

Registration days can be busy! So if you encounter website traffic or delays, remain patient and persistent. Refresh the page if needed, and avoid multiple browser tabs to prevent technical issues.

Please note: You will register EACH child separately. We know that it can be stressful to get all of your children registered & confirmed in one sitting, but we believe in you!

If the programs you are interested in are filled, try something new. Pick something that will get your child outside and trying something new. Because any camp program at Calleva offers children memories of outdoor adventures that will last a lifetime.

3. Secure Your Spot

Once you’ve selected the desired program and session for a child, complete the payment process promptly. Ensure all information provided is accurate and complete before finalizing. Then, you’ll be ready to register the next child on your list.

4. Double-Check Confirmation

Once you’ve successfully registered your children, review each confirmation email provided by Calleva. Then double-check all details, including dates, session information, and any additional requirements.

2. Complete Necessary Paperwork

Complete your child’s health and medication details as you are able to, but no later than May! If any additional forms or waivers are required post-registration, ensure prompt completion and submission to guarantee a hassle-free start to your child’s camp journey. Keep an eye on your Calleva account and email for any updates or communications from the camp. Timely responses to our inquiries ensure smooth coordination.

Our website has a wealth of information, but please keep in mind that is general info. All information that is specific to your camper for each week and each program will be emailed to you. Things change from week to week with bus stop times, camp schedules, etc. The most accurate and up to date information specifically for YOUR CAMPER is emailed to you directly.
