MD Intermediate/Advanced Kayaking Camp

• This week includes an exciting Thursday Overnight!
• Available weeks 2-9
• Ages 11-15 / Required skills include the following:
  • Wet exit
  • Basic kayak control
  • Some experience on Class II whitewater
• Farm Lunches are available (+$60)
• Transportation is available to/from Riley’s Lock
• Travels off-site to various locations daily including
  • Anglers’s Inn to Lock 10
  • Mather Gorge
  • Little Falls
  • Harper’s Ferry
  • Lower Yough
• Skill development includes
  • Boat Control & Advanced Strokes
  • Attaining and Surfing
  • Rolling techniques
