Saddle Club
Calleva Horse Adventures offers after school Saddle Club, where students spend time outdoors playing games, taking riding lessons, practicing horsemanship, and taking responsibility for barn chores at Calleva Farm.
Students (1st Grade – Middle School) may sign up for one or several days a week, and space is limited. All levels welcome. Transportation is NOT provided. Parent drop off required.
Winter 2024
$300 for 6-week session Jan 2* – Feb 9
*Monday Saddle Club will run Jan 8 – Feb 12
snow makeups will be Feb 12-23

Horse Days
CHAPs takes advantage of days when school is out by offering adventure and connection at the barn. Students of all riding levels, from grades 1 through 8 come learn, ride & play from 9am to 2pm.

Camp
Calleva’s well regarded Summer Camp offers a riding camp for all horse enthusiasts. Each week, Horseback Riding campers are divided into 3 instructional groups based on age & ability.
Riders enjoy instruction in the arena, on the trail, and around Calleva Farm as they develop skills skills during a week of horsemanship, riding basics, jumping and more.
Camp offers all of the fun and connection of camp, plus equestrian experience guided by expert instructors in a safe environment and surrounded by our beautiful Calleva Farm!

Calleva Farm
The Calleva Farm is situated just pass Poolesville in the heart of the Agricultural Reserve. The farm borders the C&O National Historic Park between the Monocacy Aqueduct and White’s Ferry. With over 160 acres of private land and access to the C&O and Potomac River without having to cross any roads — our farm is ideal for individuals & groups who like to ride
