Duncan’s Land Adventures

Duncan’s Land Adventure Camp gives campers a different land activity each day of the week. This program is perfect for the camper who wants to dabble in a bunch of different land activities. The Calleva-trained Instructor will teach the basics of rock climbing, caving, orienteering, and backpacking. Duncan’s stands apart from standard Sampler Camp because Duncan’s Land Adventures has an overnight on Thursday.  The extended day gives the group additional time to explore and have fun in the woods. Campers will experience a variety activities and will walk away from the week with the basic hard skills for each activity. Like all Calleva programs, Duncan’s follows the “challenge by choice” model.

Duncan’s Land Adventure Camp has a Thursday Overnight.

Optional GearBag to purchase:  Calleva is offering campers the option to purchase a GearBag during checkout which includes all the camping gear you will need for your overnight. These duffle bags come home with your camper on the bus before the overnight so it can be packed with personal clothes and toiletries!

Rain/Storm Plan: We are aware that there are concerns regarding Rain & Storms at camp. Sometimes the weather requires a change in itinerary for water-related activities and overnights. If high water conditions cause safety concerns, Fishing groups will utilize a pre-planned alternative overnight location. We will continue with outdoor activities as long as it’s possible to be safe and with happy campers.
