Tess is our Director of Calleva Horse Adventure Programs (CHAPS). She joined the team in 2008, because of Steve-O, as a head counselor and soon got hired as the equestrian director, a position that she has loved and continues to love everyday. Her favorite part of Calleva is the diversity of staff & clients and the community oriented philosophy. She loves how everyone is unique and different, yet all included in the Calleva family and respected for who they really are.

Tess enjoys the variety and educational aspect of her role here at Calleva. She loves being able to do bits of everything within her department, such as leading, managing, organizing, training/working with horses, outdoor farm labor, helping children learn about the outdoors, learning from her co-workers, and enjoying the equestrian sport on a personal level. Her passion outside of work is her relationship with her family, which is the best part of each day for Tess. She also is a passionate rider and takes the opportunity to trail ride anytime that it presents itself. Her favorite board game is Happy Salmon!
