I am so fired up to be here for my second summer working at Calleva. From a young age, I've nurtured an outdoor inquisitiveness through formal activities such as Scouts, Calleva and other outdoor experiences. These experiences laid the groundwork and understanding for my outdoor leadership. Over time, I realized that everything I have learned, I want to share with growing minds... outside. I want to help connect others to their environment and community. Playing and exploring is integral to the outdoor experience. Looking for what keeps you curious in addition to formal guidance is an informative and rewarding way to learn. Chances are, you may see me across the river from camp along the Maryland side of the river on days off. I'm so excited to connect young minds with their environment and create an empowering sense of community outside, learning in ways as fun as they are essential. I can't wait to meet and catch up with everyone this summer and get personal with the dirt!
