'Hi, I’m Karla! I joined the Calleva team in the summer of 2025 as a Head Counselor and quickly fell in love with life on the farm, especially horseback riding and doing rockclimbing. Having been a Scout since the age of ten, I’ve been able to bring a wealth of outdoor education experience to my role here. My favorite part of being at Calleva is the warm, immediate welcome everyone receives the moment they arrive. Of course, the camp songs and roasting s'mores when doing overnigh camp are the highlights of my summer!
