Jono has been kayaking whitewater for over 20 years. As a Potomac River native, he loves the
people of the paddling community, the beautiful places kayaking takes him, and finding flow
with the power of nature. Jono began by teaching kids and teens but now enjoys sharing his
passion for whitewater with people of all ages and backgrounds. He is an ACA certified L4
whitewater kayaking instructor. When not on the water, you can find Jono on a hike, on a bike
ride, or working on his Subaru.
