A unique way to improve your skills while working on conditioning and endurance, Liquid Adventures offers several goal-oriented training programs throughout the year. We run these sessions work out style, with participants almost always in motion and a slightly larger group size. Our carefully trained staff will push you, little by little, physically and out of your comfort zone in each session. You will find your confidence and ability boosted at each session.
- Cheat Lite: Weeknight attainments, 4 downriver runs on the Potomac, 4 trips to nearby rivers. Culminates in a run of the Cheat Canyon on the Saturday of Cheat Fest for those who are ready.
- Cheat Training: Weeknight attainments, 4 downriver runs on the Potomac, 4 Saturday trips to the Cheat. The goal is to race the Cheat Race the first Friday in May.
- Fall Training: 4 weeknight playboating workouts, 4 Saturday river runs. If you qualify you can take a trip with us to the Gauley free of charge!
