Upper Yough Lite
- 8 Thursday night Slalom workouts
- 8 Saturday downriver workouts
- 2 trips to class III+ runs (will depend on skill and river levels)

Train twice a week on the Potomac with Dave Ritchie and Travis to gain the strength and confidence you need to run the area’s best rivers. Thursdays are for strokes and precision. Saturdays are roll practice and river running. If you qualify, we will take two trips to a class III – III+ run like the New, Maury, Lower Big Sandy, maybe even a low water Upper Yough or Gauley!
This program is meant to build upon skills gained in Cheat Lite. You should have a creek or river running style boat. Get ready for the best paddling season ever!
