Train twice a week on the Potomac to gain the strength and confidence you need to run the area’s best rivers. Thursdays are for strokes and precision. Saturdays are boof and roll practice and river running. If you qualify, we will take two trips including an Advanced Lower Yough Clinic. The Final will be to a class III – III+ run, whatever is best for our group!
This program is meant to build upon skills gained in Cheat Lite or Creeking Lite. You should have a creek or river running style boat. Get ready for the best paddling season ever!
