  • 8 Thursday night Slalom workouts
  • 8 Sunday downriver workouts
  • 2 trips to class III+ runs

2019 Yough Lite begins May 16th

 

Train twice a week on the Potomac with Dave Ritchie and Travis to gain the strength and confidence you need to run the area’s best rivers. Thursdays are for strokes and precision. Sundays are roll practice and river running. If you qualify, we will take two free trips to a class III – III+ run like the  Maury,  Lower Big Sandy, maybe even a low water Yough or Gauley!

This program is meant to build upon skills gained in Cheat Lite. You should have a creek or river running style boat. Get ready for the best paddling season ever!
