Calleva Transportation Information
About Transportation: Most likely you have seen our buses - We are all over the place! Being a traveling program makes us an old pro when it comes to getting campers and students from here to there and back again! Our fleet consists of 4 big buses (seating for 44 each) and 8 small buses (seating between 16-20) and they are available for Camps, Schools, Rent/Lease, Bus Routes, Parties, Field Trips, and any transportation needs you may have.
CAMP
Camp Transportation: Pick-Up point transportation service is provided for all campers and is included in the price of registration. Calleva stops at 25 location strategically located all over the Washington DC Metropolitan and Montgomery County Region. All Bus Routes are no longer than one hour from Camp at Riley's Lock. Campers must select a route and time during the camp registration process and will be notified of exact times by the bus counselor the weekend prior to attending camp. Pick-Up and Drop-Off Locations for Camp are located in DC, Northern Virginia, Glen Echo, Chevy Chase, Bethesda, Rockville, Silver Spring, Potomac, North Potomac, Gaithersburg, Germantown, and Poolesville.

SNOW CLUB
Snow Club Transportation:Calleva offers transportation for all of its Snow Club members and anyone else who is interested in jumping on the bus and hitching a ride to whichever resort the bus is headed. Members and non-members must meet at pre-arranged locations at pre-arranged times (any alternative locations and times must be OKed by office). Non-Members can jump on the bus for a fee.

PRIVATE
Private Transportation: Calleva offers its full fleet of Commercial Grade Buses for Rent and Lease. We provide you with a CDL (Commercial Driver's License) Driver and Bus for everything from daily bus routes, field trips, to sporting events. Our drivers are very familiar with the Metropolitan Area and can get you to where you need to be on time! Have a weird request, or a partial transportation need -- just give us a call and see what we can do for you. Call for prices for multiple-day service and continuous bus route services.
- Basic Rates: First 4 hours $275.
- Each additional hour: $65.
GROUPS
Group Transportation: All groups who are doing a program through Calleva have the option of having Calleva take care of all the transportation needs. Calleva charges a flat per person fee and the fee is determined by school location (fee is increased if School is in DC or Silver Spring Area). Calleva does not charge for leaders/chaperones.
