The Advanced Leaders in Training Course is designed for graduates of the Leaderhship in Training/Find the Leader Within Course!

Purpose:
Celebrate our accomplishments during the year and build on the empowerment we experienced in the Leaders in Training/Find the leader Within Course previously. This course is directed by Tony Witter and run by Tony Witter, Karen Seibert, Nick Pugliese, and Kelly Brower. The course is 5 days and 4 nights. Class size is 14 and there is an Instructor, a Senior Counselor, and a Junior Counselors present on the leadership team.

Participant Outcomes:
Discipline focus and imagination.  Be great team player.  Overcome obstacles and fears.  Expand identity through adoption of more empowering beliefs.  Independent thinking and ability to see the consequences of decisions.  Understand our strengths and areas of improvement and be more understanding of others.  Step up to lead Set Goals

Course Design:
On the Advanced Leaders in Training Course we will do a lot of what we did on the Leaders in Training/Find the Leaders Within course, and by learning more mindset empowering techniques, we will support each other in stepping up even more into our leadership potential.

Advanced Leaders in Training Course Environment:
It is a fun and exciting environment for the following reasons: We know each other already.  We have supported and cheered each other previously to step up through comfort zones and fear to grow.  We are coming together again to have fun, learn more empowerment techniques, and to continue building a powerful mindset! We are familiar with the philosophy of "Challenge by Choice" and know that we will be safe both in stretching or making the decisions to go as far as we desire on a challenge.

Some Things we will do:
Orienteering Night Hikes.  Board Breaking.  Playing Capture the Flag.  Ropes Course Swimming in a Lake.  Fire Walk.  Paintball.  Solo Vision Quest. Mindset Models: Mindset models are reviewed before each experiential activity and we get to experience the models! The primary outcomes is for us to fully realize that we can be in charge of our thoughts and beliefs. Most of our beliefs are adopted unconsciously. Yet, beliefs are the most important determinants of how we feel about ourselves, life, others, and our potentials and how successful we will be in taking the actions to attain the goals we want in life! Everything we do in Advanced LIT, we relate to the mindset models.

Location:
The primary location will be Prince William National Forest Park just north of Quantico Marine Base on I-95 in Virginia. Other side locations will be announced before the course.
