About Horseback CLS: We begin this incrediable journey in Galway, Ireland, where we'll get acquainted with our Connemara Pony/Irish Hunter Horse--our surefooted, agile and loveable companions for the next week. We will spend the next six days crossing mountain ranges, galloping on beaches, jumping stone walls, cantering up forest trails, dodging bogs, and swimming with our horses in the ocean! This trip is for riders who are experienced, in shape and ready for an adventure. You must be able to canter for extended periods and be comfortable in the saddle for these daily six-hour jaunts. Evenings will be spent enjoying tea, exploring small villages and old 13th century castles, and staying at quaint B&Bs and Inns. The memories of this trip will last a life time.
